The application is designed for businesses ranging from small and medium-sized to large corporations. Thanks to the huge configuration possibilities, it is suitable for companies from industry, services, to hospitals and government entities. Thanks to electronic approval and signing (plan, worksheet...) you save costs.

It has never been easier

The ANeT-WebTime system ensures the registration and automatic processing of attendance based on the data obtained on individual passes. Passes are recorded using hw or sw attendance terminals. These pass data are also subject to the rules and definitions of individual shift types, shift schedules, labour code and other rules. ANeT-WebTime is fully integrated with the HELIOS iNuvio and HELIOS Nephrite systems, from the takeover of people, centres or, for example, leave balances, to the automated export to payroll.

Planning attendance

ANeT-WebTime allows you to plan for individuals and entire centres. It is possible to plan shifts, absences and on-calls, or overtime or overwork. The application allows individual employees to be electronically informed of their shift plan or to agree on changes to the plan. Already during the planning process, the Labour Code is checked. At the same time, all important related information about the employee, such as fund, balance, leave balance, etc. is available to us during scheduling.

ANeT-SelfService mobile application

The ANeT-SelfService app is designed for every employee (for mobile, tablet, and computer). It allows you to conveniently work with the most common personal agendas of an employee, such as getting acquainted with his/her schedule, signing a timesheet, entering a leave request, or perhaps a personal terminal. Among the managerial agendas, there is, for example, a departmental plan, reconciliation of employee requests or reporting.

Setting roles for your employees

The permissions of each person in the system are defined by you using roles. It is also possible to set up substitution for managers with adjustment of their rights and define them in time. Substituting for managers enables smooth operation and continuity within the organisation even in the absence of a manager.

Current legislation

Automatic checking of the Labour Code takes place from planning to closing of worksheets. It will enable precise compliance with legislation and documentation at all levels. The system will highlight any deviations, including an exact description. We continuously monitor legislative changes concerning attendance and implement them in the system.

Guaranteed service support

ANeT provides service support of the SW 5x8 type, i.e. on working days from 9:00 to 17:00. Support includes a Hotline, a HelpDesk portal that also supports mobile devices and guaranteed Incident Management. The Hotline service is available in all editions, full 5x8 SW support is included in the Advanced and Enterprise editions.

Our terminals for the attendance system

Attendance terminals are used to record employee passes in real time. They can be identified by a chip, a cat or a fingerprint. The terminals are equipped with a touscreen. All common types of LF and HF RFID media are supported. According to the client's requirements also high security settings by sector reading and so on. The terminals support CZ/SK/EN languages. There is a smaller terminal Tiny (RFID only) and an enterprise terminal Atlas (RFID, fingerprints, camera...). ANeT attendance terminals are manufactured directly by ANeT, so they are Czech products.
