Employees can access their wage in real time and hence are able to avoid indebtedness. Thanks to the attendance and payroll data, employees know exactly how much they have earned and have access to. Advanto contains Academy where users can learn financial literacy by reading articles and playing quizzes. Additionally, employees can use chatbot for debt counseling.

What will you get as an employer?

You have access to Advanto admin interface with statistical overview. This makes it possible for you to detect employee financial difficulties in advance. In the News section, you can communicate with employees, insert attachments or inform workers about new available shifts. In case of any complications, the employer has the option to block or suspend Advanto services to certain employees. 

How does Advanto work?

We integrate your payroll and attendance software for you. Once employees request pay advances outside standard payday, we will send money directly to their bank accounts. You do not have to deal with anything. Payouts are processed in a usual way once a month. At the end of each month, Advanto will send you an overview with realized deductions which can be easily imported into the payroll system.
