Workstations can be equipped with a mobile phone, tablet, or computer.

Operation templates

For easy workstation management, operation templates are available. These are predefined processes for pairing data collection parameters with those in Helios. This pairing can be adjusted in the administration or custom pairing templates can be created. Operation templates can then be efficiently assigned to other similar workstations up to the number of purchased licenses.

Custom applications

If the existing operation templates do not meet your needs, a custom production data collection process can be prepared. This solution can accommodate more complex processes, including integration with various sensors for counting, code reading, weighing, temperature measurement, etc. The goal of the application is to save time, minimize errors, and provide real-time production data for management.
