Learning algorithm

The system is based on machine learning and an algorithm that gradually learns to know your documents and improves the results of data mining. The entire learning process is done fully automatically in the background to keep the system as simple as possible from the user's perspective.

Any type of documents

Thanks to machine learning and learning algorithms, you can extract any type of document, such as invoices, orders, delivery notes, guides, etc. The system is able to learn to extract data from any structured and semi-structured documents in about 250 languages.

Validation of extracted data

The system allows automatic validation. For example, DOCU-X OCR automatically checks whether there is an organization for the extracted ID number, or whether the invoice is duplicated, etc. This eliminates errors that normally occur when manually transcribing data.

Unlimited number of users and entries

By offloading documents to the server, the system allows you to process documents from any number of inputs (scanning workstations and emails) and process them at any number of workstations or branches, with an unlimited number of users.
