You will search for the organization to which you want to pay the selected fee. You enter your payer identification data (social security number or variable symbol). Subsequently, the application will show you QR codes for your fees, which you just need to load into the mobile banking application and confirm the payment.

Safety

The application does not display any personal data that you did not enter yourself and does not store any data. Even if a stranger enters your social security number into the application, they will not find out any of your personal data (e.g. address or amount of any arrears). The QR code therefore contains in encrypted form the variable symbol of the payer, the number of the bank account to which the payment is to be made and the amount of the fee for the entire fee period.

Availability

Payment by QR code can be made in three ways. The first is to scan the QR code (from the QRkni.cz portal) via the camera directly in the banking application. In the second way, the generated QR code can be saved to the mobile phone as an image, which can then be loaded directly in the mobile application. In the third way, the generated QR code can be sent to any e-mail address and then loaded from there into the mobile application.

Connection with your ERP system

QRkni.cz will ensure the retrieval of data in the ERP system and their display to the citizen. After making the payment, the payment is automatically transferred to ERP. You can pay fees without the risk of errors and the need to manually rewrite data.
