How does NNTB work?
Give your employees the opportunity to reach out if something goes wrong or if they are witnessing unethical behavior in the workplace. They will be given the opportunity to send an anonymous report via a form and you will find out about the issue in time. The report will reach the authorized person (e.g. internal HR specialist or external lawyer) who will be able to further communicate with the whistleblower through NNTB and successfully resolve the issue.
NNTB for Compliance
Are you prepared for the new Czech/Slovak Act on Whistleblower Protection, which imposes an obligation to establish an internal whistleblowing channel? Implementing whistleblowing pays off not only for the sake of abiding by the legislation. NNTB was originally established as a project aimed at combating bullying in schools. Should children fall victim to or witness bullying, we give them the opportunity to report it without fear. Thanks to our clients, schools can use NNTB for free, and together we help to detect thousands of bullying cases a year. Our commercial activities contribute to the operation of Nadační fond Nenech to být (the Nenech to být Endowment Fund), which is dedicated to spreading awareness about and preventing bullying and other issues.
