Legislation according to the Waste Act 541/2020 C.

Based on the waste generator's continuous record of waste, in the WinyX Evid application a Report on the production and management of waste can be compiled according to the Waste Act 541/2020 Coll..

Continuous records of the originator's waste

Each delivery of waste to a verified waste management facility is entered into the continuous records manually according to the supplied written documents of the collection companies, such as weighing slips or summaries of waste management for the originator. The information can be supplemented with notes from the contracting authority and internal details related to the handing over of waste by the originator.

Processing of a report on waste management by the originator. The compilation of the final report on waste management is carried out by summing up the individual continuous records for the selected period in the required content format according to the legislation in force in the CZ in the given period. Current forms of summary data from ongoing records are available in the application as follows: Sheet 1 - Identification Sheet 2 – Summary data Sheet 5 – Data on the municipal system of municipal waste management

System for fulfilling reporting obligations

The compiled report can be formally verified through the validation service of the Integrated System of Fulfillment of ISPOP Reporting Obligations. In the case of a successful verification result, the resulting .xml file can be sent in its final data form directly to ISPOP.

The system integrates basic verification registers for correct data management of continuous records RES – identification of the seat of the waste generator; ISOH – identification of waste management facilities. ISPOP – validation of the compiled report and sending to the register

Integration with the WINYX envi system

With the WinyX connect service, data can be obtained more efficiently directly from the collection company into the WinyX evid application. The service is a communication portal between the collection company and the WinyX evid application and ensures, in agreement with a specific collection company, the online transfer of data and related documents for the ongoing records of the originator's waste.
