Automated receipt, distribution and dispatch​

​The “ePodatelna” (electronic mailing room) ensures all receipt and dispatch through various electronic channels - via ISDS, electronic mail, or other technical media, as well as sending documents back from the organization. Do you have any other workplace? Use the External mailroom. Mail redistribution to individual nodes is used to distribute received documents within the organization.

The documents flow, you digitize​

Thanks to the eIDAS module, you can easily verify your eIectronic identity (signature/seal) throughout the EU. You may convert electronic files to the archive PDF/A format via Document Conversion to PDF and have them electronically signed and time-stamped . Through the Signature Book, you may create any templates for different approval processes, including required deadlines

Overview of documents and staff workload

​​The file plan will provide a scheme for the substantive classification of documents in the files. Use the Daily Snapshots to compile an overview of activities in formats according to legislation with the option of automatic sealing. Thanks to the MIS, managers can analyse the size of the agenda of individual employees, document statuses, etc. and view summary statistics (tables, graphs).​

Digital shredding and archiving

​The central filing room shall ensure the central keeping of records of documents prepared for shredding, their physical storage and the subsequent execution of the shredding procedure. The format analysis determines how many documents are in the correct format for the digital shredding procedure and which ones still need to be converted. The entire shredding procedure is carried out digitally

Wide collection of integrations​

​​​Integration with MS Office allows you to use your own templates. Connection to Czech POINT, authorized entities can perform authorized conversion of documents and extracts from public administration registers. For the purposes of the Name Register, you will definitely use the connection to the IS of the Basic Registers. Integration to the Independent Bulletin Board allows you to publish information.​​
