Integration of the ERP System with CAD SOLIDWORKS

With SolidVision Connector Lite, engineers can quickly search for items from HELIOS Inuvio/Nephrite in the CAD SOLIDWORKS environment, transfer attribute values to the CAD model, and link it to the ERP system. The engineer can verify current item data, such as price, stock, and validity, either during pairing or later. The paired models form the basis for generating accurate bills of materials that correspond to inventory items in HELIOS Inuvio/Nephrite.

SolidVision Connector Lite is valuable not only with CAD SOLIDWORKS itself but also when using any SOLIDWORKS data management system, regardless of integration with the HELIOS Inuvio/Nephrite ERP system. Data transferred from HELIOS into CAD SOLIDWORKS through user-defined file properties will also be available in PDM or PLM systems, where they will provide significant benefits.

Easy Deployment, High Customizability

SolidVision Connector Lite is designed as a highly configurable application. It can be deployed quickly and easily tailored to your HELIOS Inuvio/Nephrite system settings and the properties of your CAD SOLIDWORKS models. Immediately after installation, a preconfigured button is available in CAD SOLIDWORKS that allows the transfer of basic information from the item master, with the option to define which properties of the SOLIDWORKS model the data will be stored in. Up to five user-defined buttons can be configured with different transfer settings.
